Small Business Loans
Holly City Development Corporation (HCDC)'s small business loan program targets small business startups and expansions in Millville’s Center City Neighborhood. Funds may be used for inventory, supplies, furniture, fixtures, machinery, equipment, new construction, site improvements, renovations and working capital. The funds cannot be used to refinance existing debt. Learn more.
Small Business Grants
HCDC will provide small business grant assistance funding, for needed public-facing exterior (façade) repairs, interior building improvements, and equipment purchase, to eligible businesses in Millville’s Center City Neighborhood. Businesses must meet Basic Eligibility Requirements. Assistance is available, on a first come first serve basis, until program funding is exhausted. Learn more.
Business Development Academy (Starts September 10)
This FREE eight-week course is provided by the UCEDC and is followed by ongoing one-on-one mentoring, will guide business owners through the fundamentals of building a solid business. All sessions will be held IN-PERSON at Holly City Development Corporation, 14 E Mulberry St, Millville, NJ. The program is for start-ups and businesses that have operated for less than 5 years. On-the-Job Training Reimbursement
Get Reimbursed Up to $5,000 For On-The-Job Training of Local Residents! Employers who hire for full-time positions that pay $16.50 per hour or more will be reimbursed 100% of the salary for providing training — RISK FREE. Learn more.
